Whether you are looking for maximum stability in highway travel and treacherous wind conditions, or maximum compliance off pavement, we're able to minimize side to side sway and balance out jarring impacts using our deep knowledge of suspension tuning.

The cornerstone of our Stage 4.3 kit is the 4-corner, adjustable Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Shocks with their huge range of compression adjustment available at the simple flip of a large, easily accessed Fast Adjust knob. This allows you to quickly adjust from the softest to firmest settings over a significantly larger range than the competition's smaller adjusters. A larger range of adjustment means the shocks are more effective and adaptable to multiple modes of use.

The rear mini leaf spring pack, tuned specifically to work with the stock rear leaf spring, restores lost ride height and corrects sag while retaining the quiet ride of the factory leaf spring. Typically, 1.25" of rear lift is seen, resulting in a nicely leveled stance.

Optional Add-on Items:

Falcon 3.3 Fast Adjust Inverted Rally Strut -  Inverted dampers flip the idea of the conventional strut upside down, and use the damper body as the upper strut shaft, while the load bearing unit contained in a massive lower housing that connects to the steering knuckle. This is the same application of technologies you will find on Dakar and World Rally Championship cars, which see some of the harshest driving conditions imaginable.

Baja Bracket Rear Shock Mount - The Baja Bracket is a sturdy, precision engineered solution to capture both sides of the upper shock bushing and eliminate the dangerous fulcrum effect that causes a bolt to eventually shear. The part is laser cut and CNC bent from 3/16" formed steel, fixture welded to ensure accuracy, then powder coated for good looks and longevity.

Front Sway Bar Disconnect - Upgrade to our sway bar link disconnect and unlock up to 3" more wheel articulation in the front of your Sprinter! Independent front suspension has a lot to offer when it comes to ride comfort and on-road handling, but off-road it does have its draw backs. The sway bar specifically, which ensures stable cornering, can have detrimental effects on washboards and ruts. Removing a link from one side ensures the front tires maintain better traction, and allows more suspension compliance on rough and washboard roads.
